Senior Support worker’s and Support Worker
Location: Stanley Salary: £12.50 -£14.50
We Care Bespoke are looking for Senior Support workers to Join our team.
This is a full-time role, located within our Solo Children Residential homes, you will be supporting a child who may have learning disabilities, challenging behaviours , sensory impairment or physical disabilities. You will be supporting the child with every day life activities , supporting with school runs, community activities as well as supporting in the home with meals and cleaning.

*Due to the nature of the job and the activities involved, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full UK manual driver's licence*

- What we would like from you…
- · NVQ 3 in Health and Social care (children), or equivalent.

Community Outreach Support Worker
Location: Across the North EastSalary: £12.50 per Hour
We are looking for passionate and committed Support Workers to work with us on delivering community outreach and short breaks for children with learning disabilities and their families. Working in conjunction with the local authority, we have been contracted to serve individuals and families throughout County Durham and the surrounding areas, including children with complex needs such as learning disabilities and autism.
These children will therefore require consistency and commitment from support workers who can provide regular support at set times. Personal care may also be required. We are looking for candidates to work agreed hours between Monday to Sunday during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Health and Social Care or Willingness to Undertake Training to Achieve This
- 12 Months of Experience Working within a Similar Role Either in Community, Residential, or Schools
- Be Able to Support with Potentially Challenging Behaviours within the Environment and in the Community
- You Must Have the Right to Work in the UK
